Metal BALLISTOL is used in many ways in machine and tool manufacture and in the production of precision instruments and scales. It forms an alkaline protective film on metals, neutralises hand perspiration and other acidic, rust-promoting residues, thereby protecting against corrosion. Its low surface tension and exceptional creeping ability allow BALLISTOL to reach even the tightest angles and finest cracks in metal. Ideal for maintaining precision and measuring instruments, scales and fine parts. Leather BALLISTOL effectively protects smooth leather from drying out, water, rot and other damage. Residues of tanning acids in the leather are neutralised. Dry leather becomes soft and supple again, with a silky matt sheen. Light-coloured leather may darken. BALLISTOL's characteristic odour disappears quickly. The leather does not become greasy afterwards. Wood BALLISTOL protects, preserves and regenerates natural wood. It deepens the grain and protects against moisture, rot and insect infestation. Also ideal for caring for antique furniture. Plastic and rubber BALLISTOL cares for and protects oil-resistant plastics and rubbers, keeps them elastic and protects against drying out and embrittlement. It prevents vehicle door rubbers from freezing. Plastic surfaces shine like new again without becoming greasy afterwards. Skin and fur BALLISTOL is skin-compatible, completely harmless if accidentally swallowed and dermatologically tested with a “Very Good” rating. On animals, it is used to clean fur and the outer ear and to care for tail, mane and hooves. Gun care BALLISTOL protects against rust, lubricates without resinifying, cleans and removes powder residues and deposits of lead, copper and tombac. It penetrates the finest cracks and loosens old dirt and resins from unsuitable oils. It neutralises combustion residues. Also suitable for cleaning, caring for and preserving stock wood and leather straps. Environmental protection The active ingredients in BALLISTOL are of natural origin or also occur in nature. Its base oil is medically pure white oil. BALLISTOL is resistant to ageing and does not resinify even after years. All ingredients of BALLISTOL are biodegradable and harmless to the environment! BALLISTOL for a thousand and more purposes! BALLISTOL is available as a 50 ml bottle, 500 ml can, bulk containers up to 200 litres, and as a spray in 50 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml and 400 ml cans. The pump sprayer holds 250 ml and enables economical spraying for large-scale use. The spot oiler is intended for targeted, economical application of BALLISTOL.
