Assembly Spray
Ballistol Assembly Spray is a pressure-resistant lubricant for gears, chains, bearings, sliding surfaces, threads and fits. It prevents contact corrosion between dissimilar metals, operates from -50°C to +1000°C and must not be used with compressed oxygen.

Gears, chains, ball and roller bearings, running rollers, sliding surfaces and sliding rails are protected by the high lubricating performance of Assembly Spray and do not rust or seize, even at high temperatures and under high pressure. Connections can be easily released again even after extreme thermal stress. Assembly Spray provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, wear, abrasion and seizing. It enables tighter connections for threads and fits.

Assembly Spray prevents contact corrosion between dissimilar metals, guarantees an application range from -50°C to +1000°C and is extremely pressure-resistant. Protects all metals against corrosion-promoting media: water vapour, fresh and salt water, diluted alkalis and many chemical vapours. It is harmless within the meaning of the working materials regulation. Assembly Spray is inert to most gases, including natural gas, butane, propane, noble gases, fluorocarbons and nitrogen. Use with compressed oxygen is not possible.

Das Montagespray ist für einen Anwendungsbereich von -50 °C bis +1000 °C angegeben und extrem druckbeständig. Auch nach extremer thermischer Beanspruchung lassen sich behandelte Verbindungen leicht wieder lösen.

Das Montagespray ist gegenüber den meisten Gasen wie Erdgas, Butan, Propan, Edelgasen, Fluorkohlenwasserstoffen und Stickstoff indifferent. Bei komprimiertem Sauerstoff darf es nicht verwendet werden.
