Wofür ist das Spray gedacht und was gilt bei der Anwendung in Deutschland?
Das Spray ist in Deutschland als Tierabwehrspray eingeordnet und darf nicht vorsätzlich gegen Menschen verwendet werden. In anderen Ländern können abweichende Regelungen gelten, die den Einsatz gegen Menschen erlauben oder Pfefferspray verbieten.
Worin unterscheiden sich Sprühnebel und Sprühstrahl?
Die FOG-Ausführung erzeugt einen Sprühnebel und ist für sicheres Treffen vorgesehen. Die JET-Ausführung gibt einen nicht brennbaren Sprühstrahl ab und ist für geschlossene Räume gedacht.
Wie wird ein unbeabsichtigtes Auslösen verhindert?
Zum Auslösen wird im Notfall die Verschlussklappe durchgedrückt. Der Panikverschluss soll unbeabsichtigtes Sprühen verhindern und sich dennoch leicht sowie schnell betätigen lassen.
