The furniture is made from local solid spruce wood. Every item is a handcrafted one-off and is stained in platinum grey. The open-pore, breathable stain is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Large frame cross-sections and pure solid-wood elements provide high stability and a premium appearance. Only selected timber is used to manufacture Ante Neo furniture. Gentle drying and storage are prerequisites for the high-quality production of Made in Germany products. The individual knot pattern, structure and grain of every component create the unmistakable character of your one-of-a-kind piece. Knots that are firmly grown into the wood at least at one point, and their number, do not constitute a reduction in quality. The high-quality surface highlights the individuality of every item of furniture and protects it for the long term. The environmentally friendly oil technology allows the colour to penetrate deeply into the wood and accommodates the wood's natural movement and moisture exchange. Seasonal swelling and shrinkage can therefore occur without tearing, flaking or peeling of the surface. Any drying cracks do not affect the structural properties or the strength of the wood and are not grounds for a complaint. The colour tone of the ante neo furniture was inspired by the silver-grey patina of weathered wood. A special application technique almost achieves the look that untreated wood develops after years of natural greying. The treated surface is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. For additional protection against stains from wine, cola and similar liquids, we recommend a finishing coat of ante neo Möbelöl. As the furniture is individually made for you only after the order is received, delivery takes approx. 3-4 weeks. Simple shapes, clear lines – full of character and yet understated.
